PHASE 1: Let's get to know your project.
1. Initial Enquiry
Tell us about your renovation, your goals, your budget and your timeline. We'll send through a short questionnaire so we can understand your project before we even step foot in your home.
2. Site Measure
Once we've aligned on availability, we'll visit your home to take an accurate measure and walk through potential design directions together.
3. Your Quote
You'll receive a clear, detailed quote covering design, materials, labour, construction management and any required permits or engineering. No hidden costs.

PHASE 2: Designing your space
4. Contract & Agreement
Once you're happy with the quote, we formalise everything in a clear contract that protects both parties, covering scope, timelines, variations and your rights as a homeowner.
5. Design Development
We get to work on your space, producing 2D plans, elevations and 3D perspectives so you can visualise the result and refine the details before anything is built.
6. Selections & Finishes
You're invited to our showroom for a design consultation to choose your tiles, fixtures, fittings and colour palette. This is where your renovation really starts to take shape.
